city-theatrical-1340
City Theatrical 1340 Scenery Bumper Sliding Tee For Electric Pipes

Tightly hung electrics leave little clearance, and a drop or batten moving through the plot can catch a fixture and knock it out of position. This bumper is aimed at lighting departments, production electricians, and venue crews who need a simple physical barrier on the electric rather than another problem to monitor every performance.

Mounted on the pipe beside your instruments, the ring creates a standoff that scenery contacts first. That matters on repertory changeovers, touring packages loaded into unfamiliar houses, and any show where flown pieces travel close to the electrics. Instead of burning time at the next work call to recheck pointing and color, the crew keeps the rig where it was set.

Compared with improvised guards such as tape, wire, or spare pipe, a purpose-built steel ring attaches with a C-clamp and gives you a consistent, repeatable solution. It is a low-cost, low-complexity piece of protection that is easy to specify for every tight position in the plot and simple to reuse from show to show.
