k-m-20800-509-55
K&M 20800 Overhead Tripod Mic Stand With Folding Legs | Black

The K&M 20800 is a professional overhead microphone stand built for engineers and production teams who need reliable positioning at height, whether for drum overheads, choir mic placement, orchestral recording, or large-stage live reinforcement. Its redesigned leg construction reduces overall weight while maintaining a 1-meter base diameter, giving the stand a footprint wide enough to resist tipping even on uneven stage surfaces.

The 3-piece folding rod design allows compact transport and storage without sacrificing extended reach, making it practical for touring crews and studio facilities that rotate between multiple sessions. Height adjustment is managed through a clamping element with a locking screw, providing secure positioning across a wide vertical range suited to overhead placement scenarios. The 3/8" threaded connector at the top accepts a broad range of compatible boom arms, expanding the stand's utility beyond straight overhead work and into angled or offset miking positions.

For engineers who would otherwise rely on bulkier alternatives, the 20800 delivers a balance of reach, footprint, and packability that heavier steel stands cannot match. The tube legs with cross braces add rigidity without adding unnecessary mass, making this stand a dependable long-term investment for both permanent installs and touring rigs.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0871/7382/4696/files/43041_K_M-20800-Overhead-Tripod-Mic-Stand-With-Folding-Legs-_-Black_ALT01sqr.jpg?v=1790884211
