k-m-26709-000-56
K&M 26709 Additional Weight Plate For Speaker Stand Base Plates

Live sound engineers and AV technicians working with portable speaker stands know that base plate stability becomes critical in high-traffic venues, on uneven surfaces, or when tall speaker configurations shift the center of gravity. The K&M 26709.000.56 is a dedicated add-on weight plate designed for speaker stands equipped with an M20 base plate, providing a straightforward mechanical solution to tipping risk without requiring a stand replacement.

The plate is constructed from steel and arrives in a structured black finish, making it unobtrusive in stage and install environments. Self-adhesive rubber buffers bonded to the underside keep the plate from sliding on hard floors and damp concrete while dampening any vibrational noise that might transfer to the stand during a performance. A built-in bore hole accommodates cable bushing, keeping signal runs organized at the base rather than creating a trip hazard across the floor. For situations requiring maximum ballast, multiple plates can be stacked onto each other, giving technicians a scalable approach to counterweighting without improvising with external hardware.

This plate is a practical addition to any portable PA rig, rental inventory, or fixed install where speaker stand footprint cannot be widened but downward mass needs to increase. Its compatibility with M20 base plates makes it a reliable accessory across a wide range of K&M stand configurations used in touring, house of worship, corporate AV, and small venue production.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0871/7382/4696/files/90924_K_M-26709-Additional-Weight-Plate-For-Speaker-Stand-Base-Plates_ALT01sqr.jpg?v=1790886447
