It is aimed at broadcast engineers, location sound mixers, and production teams who require a reliable, low-profile mic solution in demanding wireless setups where signal security and audio fidelity are non-negotiable.

What sets the M152 apart in the lavalier category is its heavy mechanical noise suppression, which directly addresses handling and clothing rustle that undermines critical recordings. Its frequency response spans the full audible range with a subtle 2 to 3 dB presence lift in the upper octaves, adding clarity to speech without coloring the source. This makes it well-suited for interviews, narrative production, theater, and any application where intelligibility must hold up across changing acoustic environments.

The capsule is designed to be positioned at the center of the talker's chest for optimal pickup, and its compact form allows concealment under thin clothing or a collar when wind noise reduction is needed. With a wide operating voltage range and ultra-low current consumption, the M152 integrates cleanly into the UM700 system without compromising battery performance or dynamic headroom.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0871/7382/4696/files/11313_Lectrosonics-M152_7005P-Omnidirectional-Lavalier-Mic-For-UM700-TX_ALT01sqr.jpg?v=1791492273
