eCommerce Specialist

We are seeking an eCommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, a strong understanding of online retail operations, and a genuine enthusiasm for growth and success. This role is hybrid with the expectation that some days will be worked in our offices and some worked remotely from a home office. SoundPro has offices in Irving, Texas and Madison, Wisconsin and we will be considering applications for either location.

The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing our online sales strategy and overall web presence to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and growth. Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Enablement Director, the SoundPro eComm Specialist will maintain the highest level of performance for our website business. This role requires collaboration with team members to execute digital strategies aimed at achieving performance goals.
