Do you have this item in stock?
Anything we have in stock will say In Stock. If the item is not in stock, we can generally get it to you within 5-10 business days.
I'm tax-exempt—how can I get set up to buy from you tax-free?
Let's get you set up! Please send us your tax exempt paperwork at info@soundpro.com or call us at 972-550-0001 to speak directly with an Account Manager so they can help process your tax-exempt paperwork.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers and ACH payments. Check payments require processing time to ensure clearance. If you have a large project, we partner with a number of financing services that could help. Please speak with your Account Manager for more details.
I'm not in the United States. Can I buy from you?
No. Due to our dealer agreements, we are limited to selling and shipping within the United States and its Territories. If you're in a US Territory and need to place an order, please call us at 972-550-0001 so we can explore our shipping options for your area.
I used to be able to check out on your website. What changed?

Do you charge sales tax on your products?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders from the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Orders from Puerto Rico are also taxable.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter or catalog?
An unsubscribe link or unsubscribe instructions are available in in the footer of all marketing emails . In the event of an unsubscribe request, normal email communication tied specifically to order activity will continue. If you need additional assistance, please email marketing@soundpro.com.
Can I get a copy of the manual for my product?
We do not have spare copies of manuals to send to customers, however, we try to include downloadable versions on our product web pages when possible. If you cannot find the manual on our website, manufacturers often include this information on their website as well.
Will my item be covered by a warranty?
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and repair service center vary by manufacturer. All Used Gear is sold "As Is" and does not have a manufacturer's limited warranty.
Why did the pricing, descriptions, or availability change on the website?
Because prices, product descriptions, and availability can change rapidly, Sound Productions does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the website.
