CEO
Holding numerous SoundPro leadership roles since 2010, Joshua is committed to fast company growth while “building a better future” for the AVL industry. With an MBA from SMU, he also lends his direction as a member of the Executive Board for Dallas Summer Musicals.
Samantha Pink
VP of Operations
With over 20 years of AVL industry experience, Samantha has held leadership positions in both dealer and manufacturing organizations. Nominated for a 2018 She Rocks Award, she is passionate about music, her family, and hiking on the nature trails of Connecticut.
Matthew Moseley
Controller, Vice President
A financial leader with 30 years experience in accounting, mergers & acquisitions, and serving on several boards, Matthew was a 2018 finalist for Dallas Business Journal's CFO of the Year. A lifelong multi-instrumentalist, he has a vast experience as a performer, producer, and songwriter.
Doug Kliever
Director of Sales
Doug leads the sales team and spearheads the company’s ongoing education, product training, and certification programs. He has over 20 years of industry experience, including hands-on work in recording studios, video production/editing, and live sound.
Tiffany Stalker
Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement
Tiffany leads our marketing and sales enablement team and brings over 15 years of experience in developing innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Outside of work Tiffany loves spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and stays busy serving in her community.
Dick Bauhs
Business Operations Manager
With a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Dick started his career in the AVL industry in 2008 right out of college. Experienced in sales and operations, Dick leads our Customer Experience team with a focus on service and customer journey.

Jonathan Becker
Jonathan’s background includes extensive experience with Houses of Worship, working as a technical coordinator, music director, and facilities tech for multiple churches over the years. He has also worked as a production manager and AVL integrator.

Austin Bell
Austin has over 10 years of experience in the music industry. He studied trumpet performance at Oklahoma City University and has worked in music retail, band instrument repair, and as an Educational Representative, focusing on school music programs. In his free time, Austin enjoys playing the trumpet and performing around the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Trino Camberos
Trino is a 27-year industry veteran, delighting SoundPro customers since 1999. He began music lessons in middle school, discovering the world of audio in high school. He admits he can’t sing but makes a mean vegetarian ceviche.

Matt Douglas
Matt studied Music Education and has over 21 years of experience in the AVL industry. Passionate about music, he is also a working mobile DJ in the DFW area and spent his early career at music retailers.

Davion Elliott
Davion has worked with such a large variety of projects over the years, including churches, studios, venues, film productions, bands, theaters and more. He is motivated to help people bring their creativity to life and has over a decade of experience in the AVL field as a retail sales associate, consultant, producer, engineer, and educator.

Baxter Lawson
As a retired Sound & Production Manager with 40+ years in the industry, Baxter has been with SoundPro since 1999 and is a wealth of knowledge. He enjoys playing drums and has the best stories from his sound mixer days.

Brian McDonough
Brian studied at the Berklee College of Music, has toured the United States and Europe as a musician, and accumulated over 18 years of experience running FOH. He plays guitar, bass, piano, drums, mandolin, and ukulele and loves spicy food.

Marco Mendez
A “gearhead” with a diverse history in music and sales, Marco’s extensive background includes Recording as well as Music Production & Composition. He is fluent in Spanish and is committed to customer service.

Derrick Ramirez
With 15+ years of AV industry experience, Derrick was a DJ/AV Technician for the Frisco RoughRiders for over 5 years. In his spare time, he still operates sound and video for pro, collegiate, and minor league sporting events.

Jon Sheets
A singer and drummer since the age of 13, Jon received his BFA in Theater Performance, with a minor in vocal performance. Jon has been in the AVL industry for over 35 years and is a self-proclaimed Ham Radio nerd.

Jason Thomas
Jason has over 2 decades of industry experience in live sound and production, commercial A/V installation, and pro AVL sales. He has been with SoundPro since 1999 providing customers with his expertise and gear recommendations.

Abraham Velasquez
Growing up a musician in Church, Abraham started his AVL Career in 2008 and has since been on both sides of the music industry as a touring musician and in production. That experience has allowed him to understand the needs of musicians and organizations alike. He continues serving as a musician at his local church every Sunday and enjoy watching sports with his wife.

Brian Kaphingst
Brian is a singer-songwriter that studied music recording and technology at Madison Media Institute. He began his AVL career in 2010 as a sound engineer and has been in the AVL industry in various sales roles ever since.

Andrew Schroeder
Andrew is a multi-instrumentalist who studied Music Business at Berklee College of Music. Passionate about the music industry since youth, his small business experience and love of learning bring a piquant drive to the SoundPro team.

Shawn Tallard
Starting in the AVL industry right out of college, Shawn brings 30 years of experience to SoundPro. He’s a singer-songwriter/musician with two albums released under a pseudonym, licensing songs to major networks.
