Business Operating Hours
- Sound Productions business days are Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm CST.
- We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
- Items that are available to ship same day are labeled under availability on each product page as In Stock & Ready to Ship.
- Orders in stock placed before 4pm CST will ship the same business day, weather permitting.
- Orders in stock and placed after 4pm CST will ship the following business day.

Returns and Restock Fees
- If you return your purchase, the purchase is subject to a restocking fee and the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
- Restock fees will also apply to any package that is refused.

Order Status / Changes to Order
- Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is shipped.
