ADJ myDMX RM DMX Control System

ADJ's myDMX-RM is a robust, multi-platform DMX control software/hardware system that can be used as a portable or installed lighting solution. Compatible with Windows and OSX Mac, this system may be used as a DMX dongle, or may also be pre-programmed so that you can use it in standalone mode, triggering lighting scenes without the use of a computer or software. Making powerful DMX control easy and affordable, the myDMX-RM includes a 19” rackmount, hardware dongle, and all the features you need to customize your light system.

Out of the box, the MyDMX-RM allows you to use myDMX 3.0 Express Mode, 512 “Live” DMX channels, and 512 “Stand Alone” DMX channels. Compatible with Mac and PC operating systems, this software includes all the standard features needed to set up, program, and control a light show. You can upgrade the software to purchase and unlock advanced features such as 3D Visualizer, MIDI control, and ‘Easy Remote’ smartphone/tablet control app.

Program your lighting ahead of time using MyDMX 3.0 software before storing them on the device itself. When it’s showtime you can perform without the need for a computer. Its intuitive interface includes a drag-and-drop effects generator and streamlines the programming and controlling process. Its 16 assignable trigger buttons on the front panel are backlit for effortless monitoring. The controller’s back panel includes a USB input for connecting to a computer, as well as both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR output sockets for connecting to any DMX-compatible lighting fixture.

With its capacity for up to 16 preset shows, the myDMX-RM makes it possible to put on an impressive light show in venues where a lighting operator isn’t always present, such as smaller clubs or bars. An equipment installer or lighting engineer can set up the show beforehand, and a staff member can later trigger the show’s effects with the merest amount of training. Its standalone functionality makes it a great backup option for mobile entertainers, DJs, and lighting designers who want to protect their performance from potential computer crashes.
