Blackmagic Design’s DeckLink cards support embedded SDI audio for use with professional broadcast decks, monitors, projectors, and more. DeckLink products are often used for work on feature films, episodic TV shows, music videos, and commercials.
The DeckLink Duo 2 has four independent channels. These independent 3G-SDI connections support high HD frame rates, SD and HD up to 1080p60. As completely independent connections, each connection can input or output entirely different video standards and content streams simultaneously. It can also capture and playback at the same time. A reference connection is included for black burst/tri-sync.
Taking up only one PCI slot in the computer makes the DeckLink Duo 2 ideal for completely customizable, flexible I/O configurations on a single card. Though all this functionality is available in one card, the host computer reads it as four independent SDI cards. Reading it as four SDI cards makes the DeckLink Duo 2 ideal for use in servers handling multiple video streams for simultaneous capture and playback.
Developers and OEMs use the DeckLink Duo 2 as an ideal solution for media play-out servers, multi screen digital signage servers, real time processors, and more.
