It uses H.264 for SD and HD recording, then switches to H.265 for recording Ultra HD. The HyperDeck Studio 4K Pro comes with 2 redundant AC power supplies. Its networking has been upgraded to 10G Ethernet, providing excellent speed.

The HyperDeck Studio 4K Pro features enhanced 12G-SDI with a loop 12G-SDI output. Its 2 SDI outputs are also 12G-SDI, allowing you to play ProRes 4444 files for true Ultra HD fill and key out. Its HDMI connections, ProRes file formats, and DNx file formats all switch between SD, HD, and Ultra HD television standards, giving you control over your recording quality.
