Unleash the power of your equipment with Focusrite Pro’s powerful RedNet R1 Desktop Remote Controller. Mix and route inputs from 1 of 8 source groups to up to 12 monitor output channels, for flexibility in monitoring in common immersive audio workflows. Custom setups of up to 12 outputs can alternatively be configured for bespoke speaker setups. Designed to adapt audio configurations quickly, the RedNet R1 helps professionals meet the ever-growing needs in the studio.
The RedNet R1 can be installed to control groups of outputs from varying sources and destinations Red interface users have access to. Audio can be simultaneously switched and summed across platforms, from Pro Tools™|HD, various DAWs, analog inputs and outputs, ADAT and S/PDIF connection, and even entire Dante® audio ecosystems. Inputs for 8 source groups host up to 12 channels per source, which can then be mixed and routed to up to 12 monitor output channels.
Exercise great control over your mix with the functions available on the top panel. A variety of solo modes, level, reference level present selection, dim, mute, A/B switch, and other controls are all easily accessible. The rear panel hosts several inputs, outputs, headphone socket, power switch, as well as talkback gain and mic select switch. Operating as a slide switch, this Dante-enabled talkback feature lets you monitor audio inputs and outputs, and interact with talent and other system users.
RedNet Control software quickly sets up monitoring and routing configurations, whether simple or complex. Convenience continues with this system’s remote control capability. Since the RedNet R1 is a piece of your larger system, RedNet Control software (included) allows you to control and re-route signals remotely. Of all the functions available on this desktop interface it can be hard to keep track of what is in use. Two LCDs display information to keep you aware of system status from level metering of outputs, sources and headphone outputs, to providing visual cues for menu navigation.
