The RCF TTS 15-A is a compact, high output subwoofer module ideal in combination with TT+ two way touring systems. The RCF TTS 15-A features low weight for easy handling, weatherproof cabinet, a 15” woofer powered by a 1100 watt RMS SMPS class-D Amplifier with full DSP and RDNet network capabilities.
RDNet is a robust management network and control platform for small, medium and large arena-sized sound systems, as well as complex and extended installations. Based on a proprietary network protocol, RDNet provides intuitive control and monitoring of every connected device/object in the RCF audio system. Each device has DSP to address specific presets or modifications of parameters to single or groups of objects. A network user can change level, delay, EQ (linear phase FiR as well) and other settings, including advanced subwoofer configurations. RDNet is not only designed for loudspeakers—you can control parameters and routing of multiple RCF devices, such as digital matrixes or amplifiers.
The amplifier integrates a low-noise 32 bit DSP circuit, controlled through the RCF proprietary RDNet network to easily handle the soft clipping limiters, RMS limits, polarity, amplitude, timing, and equalization. All the settings, monitoring, and advanced features are available inside the integrated RDNet Networked Management software. The control panel on the back adjusts volume, bypass, delay, presets and advanced functions.
RCF manufactures these components to deliver the cleanest, punchiest, and undistorted low frequencies reproduction. The cone is composed of 30% carbon fibre, 20% fibreglass and 50% cellulose pulp. This particular chemical composition has been carefully developed to improve the robustness and rigidness of the cone avoiding any deformation that would result in a loss of efficiency. RCF engineers have developed the unique Hyper Ventilation system with very low power compression. The cone is water resistant.
The RCF TT+ cabinets are made of high-quality birch plywood with weatherproof treatments. The subs are stackable and lightweight, for easy set-up and tear down. The polyurea coating and the rugged structure of the cabinet withstand long-term use and transportation and the separate housing for the amplifier guarantee the best components efficiency and reliability. A pole receptacle on the top and side allows the woofer to be used in various configurations. Transportation is fast thanks to the detachable Kart kit, a dolly caster-board with rugged tour grade casters and rotating cam mechanism.

About Powered Speakers at Sound Productions
Get all the features you need right out of the box with powered speakers from Sound Productions! All speakers need a sort of amplifier to function. Powered speakers (also known as active speakers or self-powered speakers) have built-in amplifiers, so they’re ready to connect to your audio source without any other required accessories—making them great for environments where space is limited.
Powered speakers are typically the go-to choice for portable use because they’re affordable, easy to set up, and simple to use as standalone sound systems. They’re great for achieving an immersive audio experience with the minimal amount of hassle—perfect for delivering a polished performance in smaller venues that may not have their own sound system installed. With fewer components to pack, they’re also a great choice for traveling events, such as mobile DJ performances or adding music to an outdoor event. Many models include other built-in features such as effects, compressors, and more to make one powered speaker virtually a standalone PA system!
