SoundPro Credit on Account Policy

SoundPro is committed to providing flexible and customer-friendly solutions regarding account credits and refunds. Please review the following guidelines:

General Policy

  • All refunds, regardless of type, will be issued as a credit on account.
  • Credits on account may be applied toward future purchases with SoundPro.
  • Credits issued within 30 days may be refunded by check or to the credit card used for the original purchase. 
    • Credit card – refunded back to original card only
    • ACH/Wire/Check – refunded via check within 7-10 business days
  • Requests for a check refund must be submitted in writing to ar@soundpro.com.
  • Once approved, check refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Credit Usage

  • Credits on accounts over 30 days old can only be applied toward future purchases.
  • Credits must be used in full before the 12-month mark from the date of issue to avoid maintenance fees.
  • After 12 months, a $50 maintenance fee will be deducted from your remaining balance every 90 calendar days until the credit reaches $0 or month 36 is reached.
  • At 36 months, any remaining credit balance expires.
  • In accordance with Texas law, any funds remaining after 36 months are not retained by SoundPro. These funds are reported to the Texas Comptroller and submitted to the state's unclaimed property program. You may reclaim your funds at any time with no deadline at claimittexas.gov.
