SoundPro Credit on Account Policy

SoundPro is committed to providing flexible and customer-friendly solutions regarding account credits and refunds. Please review the following guidelines:

General Policy

• All refunds, regardless of type, will be issued as a credit on account.
• Credits on account may be applied toward future purchases with SoundPro.
• Credits issued within 30 days may be refunded by check.
• Requests for a check refund must be submitted in writing to ar@soundpro.com.
• Once approved, check refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Credit Usage

• Credits on accounts over 30 days old can only be applied toward future purchases.
• Credits not used within 180 days from the date of issue will be subject to a processing fee of $25. This is a recurring fee every 180 days and will be assessed until the balance is $0, or the aging credit is spent.
• After 5 years, in accordance with Texas law (or the applicable local governing law), any unclaimed funds will be transferred to the state's unclaimed property division.
