Jonathan’s background includes extensive experience with Houses of Worship, working as a technical coordinator, music director, and facilities tech for multiple churches over the years. He has also worked as a production manager and AVL integrator.

Austin Bell joins SP from a lifelong (literally) career working for his family music shop, Bell’s Music Store.  Bell’s specializes in the resale, repair and rental of band & orchestral products into schools.  Austin comes to us looking to branch out from the family business and expand his experience in the Pro AVL market. Strategically, Austin will have a primary focus in our EDU segment by reactivating dormant accounts, bringing on existing relationships and business development outreach for new customer opportunities.

Trino is a 27-year industry veteran, delighting SoundPro customers since 1999. He began music lessons in middle school, discovering the world of audio in high school. He admits he can’t sing but makes a mean vegetarian ceviche.

Matt studied Music Education and has over 21 years of experience in the AVL industry. Passionate about music, he is also a working mobile DJ in the DFW area and spent his early career at music retailers.

Davion has worked with such a large variety of projects over the years, including churches, studios, venues, film productions, bands, theaters and more. He is motivated to help people bring their creativity to life and has over a decade of experience in the AVL field as a retail sales associate, consultant, producer, engineer, and educator.

Brian studied at the Berklee College of Music, has toured the United States and Europe as a musician, and accumulated over 18 years of experience running FOH. He plays guitar, bass, piano, drums, mandolin, and ukulele and loves spicy food.

A "gearhead" with a diverse history in music and sales, Marco’s extensive background includes Recording as well as Music Production & Composition. He is fluent in Spanish and is committed to customer service.

With 15+ years of AV industry experience, Derrick was a DJ/AV Technician for the Frisco RoughRiders for over 5 years. In his spare time, he still operates sound and video for pro, collegiate, and minor league sporting events.

A singer and drummer since the age of 13, Jon received his BFA in Theater Performance, with a minor in vocal performance. Jon has been in the AVL industry for over 35 years and is a self-proclaimed Ham Radio nerd.

Jason has over 2 decades of industry experience in live sound and production, commercial A/V installation, and pro AVL sales. He has been with SoundPro since 1999 providing customers with his expertise and gear recommendations.

Abe is a working musician, both playing drums for his church and touring.  He prides himself with the work he has done assisting small churches with product consultations and installations, making sure they received the best value for the budget.  Abe is passionate about working with Houses of Worship and will make that a primary focus as he looks to take on reactivation opportunities, call on new customers and bring existing relationships into the SP fold.

Darius joins us with a diverse Pro AVL background—musician, music teacher, FOH engineer, and AV conferencing integrator. His unique mix of skills and retail experience make him a great addition to the AM team.

With almost two decades of experience in the AV industry, Hector brings a deep understanding of both the technical and musical sides of sound. Before joining SoundPro, he worked with GC Pro for 18 years, managing projects ranging from live sound to system installations.

As a seasoned front-of-house engineer, Hector has mixed for concerts, conferences, and a wide variety of live events, and he’s also known for his expertise in house of worship system design and consulting.

When he’s not engineering, Hector can often be found playing the saxophone—a passion that gives him a unique perspective on creating balanced, musical sound experiences for performers and audiences alike.
