    Yes. While the IntelliMix Rooms Kit includes all the hardware and pre-installed software needed for a complete setup, a Microsoft Teams Rooms license is required and sold separately. We recommend consulting with your IT administrator to ensure the appropriate license tier is in place before deployment.


    Can this system be managed remotely alongside our other meeting room technology?

    Yes. The kit supports centralized remote management through ShureCloud, the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, and the Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal — making it easy for IT teams to monitor, update, and troubleshoot rooms across multiple locations without being on-site.


    What network infrastructure is needed to support this kit?

    The MXA902 ceiling array microphones and the Huddly L1 camera are both network-powered via PoE+ (Power over Ethernet Plus), so your network switches must support PoE+. Cat5e or higher cabling is recommended. The included network switch helps simplify connectivity, but your facility's existing network should be evaluated for bandwidth and PoE+ capacity before installation.
