Existing customers

Text your Account Manager directly at the number listed in your account documentation, on your invoices, and in their email signature.

New customers and general inquiries

Please call us at 972.550.0001. We do not accept inbound SMS to our main line.

About our SMS program

SoundPro operates a customer-initiated SMS program limited to existing customers and their assigned Account Manager. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text customers who have not contacted their Account Manager first. By texting your Account Manager, you agree to receive SMS replies from SoundPro related to your inquiry.

What to know

  • Message frequency may vary based on your conversation with your Account Manager.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
  • Reply HELP for help, call us at 972.550.0001, or visit our contact page.
  • Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

The SMS program is available only to existing SoundPro customers in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who have been assigned an Account Manager.

Your privacy

No mobile information (including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and SMS message content) collected as part of the SMS program will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes. This restriction is absolute.

Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers performing services on our behalf in support of the SMS program (for example, our SMS platform provider, RingCentral) is permitted and is necessary to support the program. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not transferred to third parties for any other purpose.
