Physical hot-keys with RGB backlighting give operators tactile confidence during on-air or live event execution, while the full-color touchscreen delivers real-time clip status, bank navigation, and editing access in a single glance. Across 50 banks of 50 hot-keys each, up to 2,500 audio clips can be assigned and triggered instantly, covering everything from broadcast sound effects libraries to music beds and jingle packages. The built-in editor handles head and tail trims plus fade-in and fade-out points, with those settings preserved in clip metadata so sessions transfer seamlessly between units. Content is organized through a familiar folder and file structure, and clips can be transferred via FTP, network file share, or USB storage devices — making integration into existing broadcast workflows straightforward.
Professional I/O is comprehensive: balanced XLR analog inputs and outputs, AES/EBU digital I/O on XLR, IEC958/AES-3id on RCA, unbalanced RCA analog, a headphone jack with preview monitoring, and a 26-pin GPIO port for external triggering and system event signaling. An optional Dante module extends the platform to IP audio environments, making this unit viable in modern networked studio and production facility installations where analog-only devices fall short.
