The welded 14-gauge steel construction is tool-and-die fabricated for modular consistency, then finished with ASTM electrodeposited clear zinc followed by a thick polyurethane jacket that permanently bonds to exterior sides and bottom — sealing seams, knockouts, and holes against moisture, chemicals, and abrasion. This dual-layer wet treatment is the critical differentiator for installations in outdoor stages, amphitheaters, arenas, or any venue where sub-floor humidity or water intrusion is a concern.

The box mates exclusively with Double Wide Stage Pockets, indexing to the installed AC Isolation Divider to maintain code-required separation between low-voltage connector panels and high-voltage electrical duplex panels. A predrilled mounting flange inside the box sandwiches the above-floor pocket bezel and below-floor box together for a secure, repeatable assembly.
