Whether deployed in theatrical stage plots, corporate event installs, or touring rider-specified rigs, this lens assembly transforms a fixed-output fixture into a fully shapeable profile tool without requiring an entirely new fixture investment.
The manual zoom mechanism gives operators direct, tactile control over beam spread, making it practical for pre-show focus sessions where speed and repeatability matter. The 4-blade manual framing shutter allows beam edges to be cropped and directed cleanly onto scenic elements, cycs, or audience separation zones — a capability typically reserved for larger, more expensive fixtures. The standard E-size GOBO holder opens up pattern projection possibilities for a compact unit, giving designers additional texture and break-up options from a single fixture position. GOBO holders and patterns are sold separately, as is the optional EP MINI BDA barn door accessory, which mounts to the front of this lens for additional beam control in high-spill environments.
Compact dimensions and low weight make this lens practical for weight-sensitive truss configurations and fly systems where minimizing load is a real operational concern. The EP MINI BDA barn door (sold separately) attaches securely to the front of the lens for additional shielding when needed.
