The WMX300 is built for mobile DJs, lighting designers, venues, and production crews who need dependable show control without carrying a laptop. It runs intelligent moving heads, LED fixtures, and effects lighting from a single unit that is compact enough for a DJ table or a VESA mount, and it works with fixtures from virtually any manufacturer.
Compared with computer-based lighting software, a standalone controller avoids depending on operating systems, drivers, and USB dongles in the middle of a live event. Compared with larger consoles, it keeps rig size and setup time down while still leaving room to grow beyond the onboard universes. That makes it a practical fit for clubs, houses of worship, rental packages, touring support rigs, and small to mid-size production work where speed and repeatability matter more than a sprawling surface.
This Mk3 revision refines the hardware over earlier WMX1 generations with a reworked industrial design. Integrators can also take advantage of the mounting pattern for fixed installs where the controller needs to sit in a booth, rack enclosure, or control position.
