Alesis SamplePad Pro 8-Pad Percussion Instrument

Go above and beyond your multi-pad instrument needs with the SamplePad Pro from Alesis. This all-in-one percussion instrument that features 8 fully responsive, velocity-sensitive pads with blue LED illumination. The SamplePad Pro is designed so you can easily add on or customize any acoustic or electronic drum kit setup with trigger inputs for two additional drum pads, a Kick Drum pedal jack with switch and trigger options, and a Hi-Hat pedal jack for either switch or variable operation. Other connectivity includes USB MIDI, 5-pin MIDI, and a 1/8” audio input.

The SamplePad Pro’s intuitive navigation makes it easy to load, access, and edit sounds via the user interface effortlessly, whether you’re in the studio or during a live performance. This percussion and sample-triggering instrument include over 200 professionally recorded in-demand drum, cymbal, and percussion sounds arranged into ten onboard preset drum kits so you can access them instantly mid-performance. Each sound can be individually manipulated according to key parameters (such as pitch, panning, and reverb) for customized control of your music.

Transform your SamplePad Pro into a percussion powerhouse with its optimized connectivity and easy scalability. Its trigger inputs allow you to connect two additional drum pads. Connect a Kick Drum or Hi-Hat pedal using the dedicated inputs: the Kick Drum pedal jack offers switch and trigger options, while the Hi-Hat pedal jack offers switch or variable operation. An SD card* slot allows you to load and store up to 32GB worth of external sounds from your computer or other sound library sources, allowing you to expand up to 512 additional sounds and 89 custom kits. Rounding out the I/O capability of the SamplePad Pro are: an optional module mount, USB MIDI, 5-pin MIDI, and a 1/8” audio input—all great options for customizing your setup.
