The Alfatron Electronics ALF-20X-HD-TC is designed for integrators and AV coordinators deploying auto-tracking camera systems in lecture halls, conference rooms, houses of worship, and distance learning environments. Its dual-camera architecture pairs a 20X optical zoom PTZ lens with a fixed panoramic lens, giving operators simultaneous close-up tracking and wide-angle room coverage without switching camera feeds. The result is a self-contained solution that reduces the camera count and cabling complexity typical of multi-camera installs.
The main camera uses a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor with 2D and 3D digital noise reduction, backlight compensation, and wide dynamic range adjustment, making it effective in rooms with mixed lighting conditions such as windows and stage wash. Outputs cover HDMI, USB3.0, and a 100M LAN port supporting RTSP, RTMP, ONVIF, and GB/T28181 streaming protocols, so the unit integrates with hardware encoders, video conferencing platforms, and network video recorders without additional conversion hardware.
Pan and tilt mechanics support up to 255 user-configurable presets with fast preset recall speeds, enabling instructors or presenters to move between defined positions reliably. RS-232 and RS-485 control ports with VISCA, Pelco-D, and Pelco-P protocol support keep the ALF-20X-HD-TC compatible with most existing room control systems and third-party control processors used in professional AV installations.
