The Alfatron Electronics ALF-25X-4KCAM series targets AV integrators, university media teams, and production engineers who need reliable, remotely operated camera coverage without a dedicated operator. Equipped with a 1/1.8-inch Sony CMOS sensor, the camera captures up to 4K at 60fps and pushes that signal simultaneously over HDMI, SDI, and USB 2.0, making it equally at home in a boardroom switcher chain, a lecture hall recording system, or a live-streamed house-of-worship production. The AI-powered auto tracking engine supports both real-time subject tracking and configurable zone tracking, removing the need for manual pan-tilt control during presentations or events.
Where comparable PTZ cameras in this class offer either serial or network control, the ALF-25X-4KCAM supports VISCA, Pelco-D, and Pelco-P over RS232 and RS422, alongside full network control via ONVIF, RTSP, and RTMP, including direct RTMP push to streaming servers such as Wowza. Up to 255 presets can be stored, and the camera accepts power via 12V DC or PoE, simplifying cable routing in installed environments. A 3.5mm stereo line input with AAC, MP3, and G.711A compression keeps audio embedded in the signal path without requiring a separate audio interface. The camera is offered in two finishes to suit different installation aesthetics.
