The Alfatron Electronics ALF-SUK4T is a complete HDBaseT distribution kit designed for AV integrators and system designers who need to push a single UHD source to multiple displays across a facility. The transmitter accepts one HDMI input and simultaneously drives four HDBaseT outputs and one local HDMI loop output. Because the HDBaseT receivers are included in the kit, integrators receive a turnkey solution without sourcing compatible endpoints separately.
The unit supports transmission distances of up to 328 feet at 4K resolution and up to 492 feet at 1080p, making it a practical choice for boardrooms, classrooms, houses of worship, and digital signage installations where cable runs extend well beyond the 15-foot limit of passive HDMI. Cascade connection support allows the signal to feed additional downstream splitters, scaling the distribution infrastructure without recabling. Audio de-embedding via coaxial and analog outputs gives installers flexibility when integrating separate audio systems.
Power over Cable delivery means each HDBaseT receiver draws its operating power directly from the transmitter over the Cat cable, eliminating the need for local power supplies at display endpoints. RS-232 and IR cascade control allow system controllers to manage downstream devices through the same infrastructure. Automatic downscaling from 4K to 1080p ensures compatibility across mixed-resolution display environments without manual switching or source-side configuration.
