Supporting 18Gbps bandwidth with HDCP 2.2 compliance, it handles 4K60Hz 4:4:4 signals up to 328ft and 1080p up to 492ft over a single CAT6 cable, making it a practical choice for conference rooms, lecture halls, digital signage installations, and house-of-worship environments where source and display are separated by significant distances.
Beyond video, the set passes RS-232 control and bi-directional IR simultaneously over the same CAT6 run, eliminating the need for separate control cabling. The receiver includes a dedicated 3.5mm stereo analog audio output for direct connection to local amplifiers or audio systems, a capability that distinguishes this unit from extender sets that require additional conversion hardware for analog audio breakout.
