Allen & Heath IP8 Remote Controller

Take your installed or live sound productions to the next level with the IP8 dLive / Avantis / AHM-64 Remote Controller from Allen & Heath. This innovative remote controller is designed for AHM-64 matrix processors, or interfacing with dLive and Avantis mixing systems via standard TCP/IP network connections. The IP8 is also compatible with networking with other controllers, computers, and third-party devices using a standard Ethernet infrastructure.

The IP-8 boasts 8 motorized faders, allows for 6x layers, and comes with built-in Power over Ethernet+ (PoE+) and an external 12V power supply unit. It can be positioned free-standing on a desk or tabletop or mounted on a plinth, podium, or on other furniture using an optional wall mount bracket (IP8-MOUNT, sold separately).

Using AHM System Manager, dLive Director software (for PC or Mac), or an Avantis mixer or dLive Surface to configure the IP-8’s controls, this remote controller’s functions are great for myriad purposes. Enjoy surfaceless mixing by combining the IP-8 with a dLive MixRack and a laptop with dLive Director software for hands-on control in a streamlined, ultra-compact setup. Extend your dLive Surface controls to make use of all its fader strips, setting up your IP-8 “sidecar”-style to control master levels. Complete your installation by configuring the IP-8 to provide precision control that’s necessary for day-after-day operation.
