The ART CleanBox Pro is a convenient solution for connecting consumer A/V and professional audio equipment. It provides two channels of unbalanced-to-balanced level conversion and two channels of balanced-to-unbalanced level conversion. Balanced lines offer increased immunity to electrical noise and hum, making them ideal for connecting audio gear over long cable runs.
The unit uses XLR connectors for balanced signals and stereo RCA and 1/8" TRS jacks for unbalanced signals. Independent volume controls allow adjustment of both balanced and unbalanced output levels, making it useful for connecting devices such as laptops, phones, disc players, mixers, and PA systems.
