The Astatic 2-Channel Class D Power Amplifier series targets system designers and integrators who need reliable, space-efficient amplification for commercial installed audio, houses of worship, education facilities, and corporate AV environments. Both models occupy a single 1U rack slot in a 19-inch chassis, making them practical choices for tight equipment racks where thermal management and long-term reliability are non-negotiable. A switch-mode power supply with soft-start circuitry keeps inrush current low and supports demanding continuous-duty cycles without sacrificing output stability.
The series is available in two output tiers, allowing designers to right-size amplification for the application at hand, from distributed background music systems to high-output speech reinforcement and music reproduction. Stereo, mono parallel, and bridge operation modes give integrators the flexibility to drive a wide range of loudspeaker configurations from a single chassis. Balanced XLR loop-through outputs simplify daisy-chaining across multi-amplifier systems, and three Speakon speaker outputs cover channel A, channel B, and bridge configurations without adapters.
