The AtlasIED FC-6T Pre-Install is a two-way full-range ceiling loudspeaker built for projects where the backcan is installed during early construction and the loudspeaker components are added later. This approach helps protect visible and acoustic elements during the rough-in phase while supporting a cleaner workflow for commercial AV installations. With its wide bandwidth design, high sensitivity, and point source architecture, it is well suited for environments that need consistent music playback and clear speech reinforcement.
This model is designed for premium commercial spaces where coverage, tonal accuracy, and appearance all matter. A bezel-less magnetic grille with removable logo supports a refined finish, while the smooth baffle design helps maintain uniform performance across the listening area. The integrated 60W 70/100V transformer with low insertion loss and rotary tap selector gives integrators flexibility for distributed audio systems, with low-impedance operation also available when system design calls for it.
The FC-6T Pre-Install also incorporates a ferrofluid cooled titanium high-frequency section with neodymium magnet system, weather-treated multi-fiber cone construction, and premium crossover components. These design choices support reliable operation and balanced reproduction in architecturally sensitive venues, meeting rooms, hospitality spaces, and other installations where sonic quality and streamlined integration are both priorities.
