The AtlasIED IP-APX is a weather-resistant IP horn engineered for institutional and commercial applications requiring networked public address and emergency notification across campuses, facilities, and distributed sites. It registers directly as a SIP endpoint within Singlewire, Syn-Apps, Intrado, and Cisco Unified Communications platforms, enabling remote audio broadcast without dedicated amplifier infrastructure.
Install as a wall-mounted or pole-mounted unit with triple-lock security fastening and rotating bell positioning in 15° increments. The constant directivity design maintains 60° horizontal and 40° vertical coverage across the speech intelligibility band, ensuring consistent projection to defined zones. PoE+ delivery via IEEE 802.3at eliminates separate power runs, simplifying retrofit and new construction.
