AtlasIED 324-12 19" Wall Cabinet With Adjustable Rails 24 RU

The AtlasIED 324-12 is a 24RU wall-mount cabinet built for systems integrators and AV installers who need a permanent, secure enclosure for rack-mounted electronics in commercial and institutional environments. Constructed from 16-gauge CRS steel with electric-welded seams and miters, this cabinet delivers structural integrity well beyond what open-frame or consumer-grade racks can offer — particularly in wall-mounted applications where cantilever stress and equipment weight demand proven reinforcement.

Designed around a three-section architecture — a solid-steel front door, a 12-inch deep center section with adjustable mounting rails, and a rear door — the 324-12 gives integrators flexibility in cable routing, equipment access, and field customization. Internal open raceways provide dedicated cable pathways, while 20 conduit knockouts across the rear section accommodate virtually any conduit layout required by the job site. Boss detents on the rear interior accept custom sub-plates in plywood, aluminum, or steel, allowing contractors to mount accessories specific to their installation without field fabrication.

Perforated vents on both sides of the center section promote passive airflow around rack-mounted electronics, and the six boss detents on the 24RU model provide additional points of sub-plate attachment compared to smaller models in the 300 Series. The included adjustable front rails are tapped 10-32 and manufactured to standard EIA half-inch spacing, ensuring compatibility with the full range of professional rack-mount equipment. An optional caster accessory (Atlas CT31A) is available for supporting center section weight during installation or service.
