Fabricated from 16-gauge cold-rolled steel and completely welded — not bolted — the cabinet arrives ready to populate, eliminating the field assembly time that bolt-together alternatives demand.
The cabinet ships with one pair of 11-gauge CRS mounting rails tapped 10-32 to EIA standard spacing, giving installers a reliable thread engagement for heavier gear. Internal side louvers promote passive airflow across rack-mounted equipment, while the spring-loaded rear door hinge allows fast removal when rear-panel access is needed during commissioning or service calls. The keyed cylinder lock on the rear door secures equipment from casual tampering without requiring a dedicated rack enclosure room.
Wiring access is provided below the rear door or panel, keeping cable runs clean and manageable in permanent installs. An optional front surface door is available separately and can be configured for right- or left-hand hinging, making this cabinet adaptable to virtually any operator-facing furniture layout.
