The AtlasIED 544-30 is engineered for professional AV system integrators who need a rugged, high-density rack solution for permanent or semi-permanent installations. With 44 rack units of usable space and a 30-inch depth, this cabinet accommodates dense signal processing chains, amplifier arrays, and distribution infrastructure common in commercial AV, broadcast, and house-of-worship installations.
The 500 Series cabinet construction uses welded 16-gauge cold-rolled steel with a phosphate pre-treated surface and textured black epoxy finish, providing long-term durability in demanding environments. Two pairs of 12-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails, tapped 10-32, allow rail depth to be set precisely for the equipment being installed. Slotted cutouts on front-to-rear mounting rail supports create open vertical cable raceways, keeping wiring organized without additional raceway accessories. The vented cabinet frame and rear door promote airflow and heat dissipation critical when deploying power amplifiers or active processing gear in enclosed cabinetry.
Installer-friendly features include a 6 RU top panel opening compatible with the EFP Series fan or the ISOPANEL for non-conductive cable access, multiple conduit knockout arrays on top, bottom, and rear flanges, quick-release spring hinges allowing 180-degree rear door rotation for right- or left-hand opening, and pre-drilled provisions for the M-1A Cabinet Mount IR Repeater. The innovative side panel attachment system enables clean multi-rack ganging without custom hardware, making this cabinet a practical choice for any scalable rack deployment.
