The mounting ring accommodates both 16" and 24" on-center stud spacing through integrated mounting ears, making it adaptable to standard framing layouts without additional hardware.
Compatible with AtlasIED's 8" screw-mount baffles across a broad range of models — including the 51-8, 60-8(W), 61-8W, 62-8(W), 63-8, 170-8, VP-60R, M222(W), and P900 — the 76-8E2 also supports 95 series enclosures when T-nuts are removed. This breadth of compatibility makes it a practical stock item for integrators running mixed AtlasIED speaker deployments across commercial installs.
Constructed from 20-gauge cold-rolled steel with a textured epoxy finish, the ring is built to handle the demands of commercial construction environments. Four included 8-32 J-Nuts are pre-supplied to streamline baffle attachment on site and reduce trip time during rough-in phases.
