AtlasIED 830-89A Clock and Speaker Baffle Assembly for 8" Speakers

The AtlasIED 830-89A is a combined clock and speaker baffle assembly designed for installed audio applications where a clean, professional finish is required. It targets systems integrators and AV installation teams working in commercial, institutional, or healthcare environments where both background audio and timekeeping need to share a single ceiling or wall opening without visible fasteners or exposed hardware.

The assembly accommodates an 8" loudspeaker — ordered separately — and includes a universal clock mounting bracket compatible with virtually any 8" or 9" diameter analog clock supplied by others, making it a flexible single-unit solution for coordinated room systems. The 18-gauge CRS panel, CRS grille, and trim ring are all finished in white epoxy for a consistent, paint-ready surface that blends with standard ceiling and wall finishes. A black gasket conceals the speaker mounting cutout for a finished look.

The double-action torsion spring system secures the baffle without exposed fasteners, reducing installation time and eliminating the need for additional trim hardware. For projects requiring recessed or surface-mounted configurations, the 830-89A is compatible with 194-89 and SM194-89 enclosures from the AtlasIED 194 Series, giving integrators flexibility across different construction types without changing the visible baffle assembly.
