The AtlasIED 840-89A is a combination clock and speaker baffle assembly designed for integrators working on installed audio systems in commercial, educational, and institutional environments where both audio coverage and timekeeping share a single ceiling penetration. The assembly accommodates an 8-inch diameter speaker ordered separately and includes a universal clock mounting bracket compatible with nearly any 8-inch or 9-inch analog clock supplied by others, making it a practical solution for schools, offices, and public facilities.

Constructed from 18-gauge CRS with a CRS grille and trim ring, the 840-89A delivers the rigidity expected in permanent installations while the white epoxy finish ensures a clean, professional appearance on finished ceilings. The 830 Series double-action torsion spring system eliminates exposed hardware for a flush, professional look without sacrificing ease of installation. A black gasket conceals the speaker mounting for a polished result. The assembly supports both recessed and surface mounting configurations when paired with 195 Series enclosures, giving integrators flexibility across varying ceiling and wall conditions.
