AtlasIED 95-8 Recessed Round Enclosure for 8" Speakers

The AtlasIED 95-8 is a recessed round back enclosure designed for integrators and installers working with 8" in-ceiling loudspeaker deployments in commercial, educational, and hospitality environments. It accommodates the broadest range of compatible AtlasIED baffles in its class, giving system designers flexibility to standardize on a single enclosure across multiple project types without back-box substitutions.

The welded cold-rolled steel body with undercoating and patch-jute lining addresses a core install concern: mechanical and acoustical resonance that degrades intelligibility in finished ceiling assemblies. Four compound combination knockouts spaced 90° apart simplify conduit routing regardless of which direction cabling approaches, and a flexible perforated top strap provides the secondary safety suspension increasingly required by local codes and insurance standards. Four included 8-32 J-clips support direct installation of screw-mount baffles without additional hardware sourcing.
