The AtlasIED AFR Series is engineered for AV integrators who need a rack solution that disappears into furniture while maintaining professional-grade mounting capability. Spanning 8RU to 16RU heights and available in two depth configurations, the series is purpose-built for conference rooms, boardrooms, control suites, and hospitality installations where exposed rack equipment is not acceptable.
Every AFR model ships with front-mounted rack rails as standard, and rear rack rails are included across all rack heights to support heavier or deeper gear that requires dual-point mounting. Dual adjustable lacing bars are included for structured cable management, keeping installs clean and serviceable. The optional AFR16RK or AFR18RK glide kit adds slide-out access, making component service straightforward without removing the rack from the furniture.
Each unit is manufactured in AtlasIED's Ennis, TX facility using 16-gauge cold-rolled steel finished in black electrostatic powder coat — a construction choice that resists denting and corrosion in long-term installed environments.
