The AtlasIED AFR Series is purpose-built for AV integrators and systems installers who need a reliable, concealed rack solution inside furniture cabinetry. Spanning 8RU to 16RU and available in two depths, the AFR Series accommodates a wide range of installed audio, video, and control equipment without the footprint of a freestanding rack cabinet.

Every model ships with dual adjustable lacing bars for structured cable management and rear rack rails to support heavier or deeper equipment that requires back-end mounting. The front and rear rail configuration gives installers the flexibility to mount virtually any standard 19-inch rackmount component securely, a critical advantage in permanent or semi-permanent install environments where serviceability matters.

Fabricated in AtlasIED's Ennis, TX facility from 16-gauge cold-rolled steel with a black electrostatic powder coat finish, the AFR Series is built to the durability standards expected in commercial AV installations — conference rooms, courtrooms, hospitality AV closets, and education facilities. An optional glide kit (AFR16RK or AFR18RK) can be added to allow the rack to slide in and out of its furniture enclosure for fast field access without full disassembly.
