The AtlasIED AP-7230 vertical power strip is engineered for integrators and system designers who need dense, reliable AC distribution in rack-mounted AV environments. At 72 inches tall with 30 outlets and a slimline profile, it fits cleanly into equipment racks where horizontal power strips create cable management headaches or consume valuable rack units.
Two outlet orientations — inline and 90-degree to chassis — accommodate varying plug and cable configurations without forcing awkward routing. RFI filtering keeps noise off the AC line, which matters in audio-video installations where interference can degrade signal quality across connected equipment. Three-way MOV surge suppression protects against line-to-neutral, line-to-ground, and neutral-to-ground transients, covering the full range of spike scenarios found in commercial and touring environments.
