The AtlasIED AZMP4 is engineered for AV integrators designing automated installed audio systems in commercial, educational, and hospitality environments. Serving as the central processing and amplification hub for an Atmosphere audio control system, it combines a 600-watt amplifier with advanced DSP in a single rack unit, eliminating the need for separate processor and amplifier hardware in most four-zone deployments.

Power sharing amplifier technology sets the AZMP4 apart from conventional fixed-channel amplifiers. Rather than assigning a static wattage ceiling per zone, the system allocates available power dynamically via software, with each output channel assignable anywhere in the full operating range. This prevents the costly overdesign that plagues traditional amplifier-per-zone approaches, while still meeting peak demand across zones. A learning ambient noise sensor, Tilter Filter, auto-gain, loud noise detection, and a full sound masking suite give integrators precise environmental control without manual recalibration.

Commissioning is handled through a Progressive Web App interface accessible over Ethernet or the unit's built-in Wi-Fi access point, making it device-agnostic and practical for field programming from a tablet or laptop. Accessory ports support up to 16 plug-and-play Atmosphere wall plates and sensors at distances up to 1,000 feet, and third-party control integration is available for RTI, Crestron, Extron, and AMX platforms, fitting cleanly into existing control infrastructure.
