The AtlasIED BIA-100 is built for AV integrators and system designers who need consistent, high-intelligibility audio coverage across large or acoustically challenging spaces. Its bi-axial design with twin reflex air columns and exponential bell delivers broad dispersion without the frequency coloration common in single-axis horns, making it a reliable choice for installed paging, mass notification, and full-range music reinforcement in arenas, warehouses, transit facilities, and outdoor venues.
Compatibility is a key practical advantage: the BIA-100 accepts AtlasIED PD Series compression drivers as well as any driver with 1 3/8"-18 male threads and a 0.707" throat opening, giving integrators flexibility to work with existing equipment inventories. The patented gimbal-mount bracket allows up to 180° of directional adjustment both vertically and horizontally, significantly reducing installation labor on complex aiming requirements. The steel bracket and cast-mounting base support flange installation options, while the weather-resistant matte black foam horn resists resonance and environmental exposure, supporting long-term outdoor deployment without degradation in performance.
Where competing horns require additional EQ to correct uneven coverage at the edges of their dispersion pattern, the BIA-100 maintains acoustic loading down to its 350 Hz roll-off, preserving vocal clarity and signal intelligibility across the full coverage zone.
