Systems integrators and rack builders reaching for a reliable, no-compromise blank panel solution will find the CB1-BP12 delivers exactly what professional installed AV demands. Constructed from #14 steel with a flat black electrostatic powdercoat finish, these 1RU panels close off unused cabinet positions with a finished, consistent appearance that matches standard rack aesthetics — not the afterthought look of generic alternatives.
The bulk 12-piece configuration makes the CB1-BP12 practical for multi-rack installations, equipment room buildouts, and system commissioning where multiple open bays need to be addressed at once. Oblong mounting holes on EIA universal spacing provide the adjustment flexibility that integrators need when working with varying rack rail configurations, reducing installation time without sacrificing fit. The solid panel construction also provides a measure of dust protection for sensitive equipment stored in adjacent rack positions, a detail that matters in long-term installed AV environments.
Backed by a 60-month warranty, the CB1-BP12 is a dependable stock item for integrators who need consistent, professional panel coverage across commercial AV, broadcast, and data center rack systems.
