The AtlasIED DPA-AMIX is a rear-panel accessory card purpose-built for DPA Series amplifiers equipped with an accessory card slot, giving installed audio engineers a clean way to integrate mixing functionality directly into the amplifier chassis. Rather than adding a standalone mixer to a rack-constrained installation, integrators can route mic, line, and stereo sources through a single card while maintaining full signal control at the amplifier itself.
The card accommodates two balanced mic/line inputs — each independently user-selectable — alongside two auxiliary line inputs with a mono active summing circuit. That summing circuit allows two stereo sources to feed the amplifier simultaneously, a practical advantage in multi-source installs such as conference rooms, houses of worship, or retail environments where background music and paging must coexist. Switchable 24V phantom power and an assignable 120Hz high-pass filter on the mic/line inputs mean the card can handle condenser microphones and control low-frequency content without external processing.
All four inputs include recessed level controls and dedicated signal and clip indicator LEDs, giving technicians a fast visual reference during commissioning or live operation. The variable input limiter on both mic inputs adds a layer of protection against overdriving the amplifier from unexpected signal spikes — a meaningful reliability feature in unattended installed systems running without a dedicated operator.
