AtlasIED ECM-20 20A Rackmount Power Conditioner and Spike Suppressor

The AtlasIED ECM-20 is built for AV integrators and systems contractors who need reliable power protection at the distribution point. Rated at 20A and operating between 102–132VAC, it handles the demands of permanently installed audio and commercial AV environments where power quality directly affects system performance and equipment longevity.

Unlike basic power strips or consumer surge protectors, the ECM-20 incorporates clamping spike and surge suppression rated up to 6,000V peak, along with RFI and EMI filtering to reduce noise introduced through the AC mains — a critical consideration in environments with HVAC equipment, lighting dimmers, or shared electrical infrastructure. AC mains voltage monitoring via the incoming AC present LED gives technicians immediate visual confirmation of power status without requiring a meter.

The ECM-20 is designed to work as a standalone unit or in conjunction with an ECS controller located up to 1,000 feet away, making it well-suited for distributed installation systems where the power conditioning point may be remote from the control location. It mounts conveniently in the ECM-RACEWY6 raceway enclosure, allowing multiple outlets to be connected directly to the AC mains from the electrical panel — a clean, code-friendly solution for multi-zone installed audio and AV rack builds.
