The AtlasIED EZ95-8 is a recessed ceiling enclosure designed for commercial and institutional audio installations where speed and reliability matter. It is built for systems integrators and AV installers who need to deploy multiple 8-inch ceiling speakers across large spaces — classrooms, offices, retail environments, and hospitality venues — without the delays caused by traditional tile bridge and screw-mount workflows.
The patented EZ Mount Support System (Patent No. 4,484,658) snaps directly to ceiling grid rails and accepts a broad range of compatible Atlas Sound baffles, eliminating the need for supplemental tile bridges or labor-intensive screw alignment. Four pre-installed 8-32 J-Clips support screw-mount baffles when needed, and four compound combination knockouts — spaced 90 degrees apart — provide flexible conduit entry for 1/2-inch or 3/4-inch runs. The result is an enclosure that adapts to the wiring paths already planned in the ceiling layout.
With a 60-month warranty and compatibility across more than a dozen Atlas Sound baffle models — including pendant, tile-bridge, and transformer variants — the EZ95-8 is a practical choice for integrators standardizing on a single back-can across a mixed-baffle installation.
