The AtlasIED FA51-8 is a round, stamped perforated grille engineered specifically for use with Strategy I enclosures and compatible plaster rings in commercial ceiling installations. Its one-piece construction eliminates the need for separate fasteners or visible hardware, delivering a finished appearance suited to corporate, hospitality, retail, and institutional AV environments where aesthetics and code compliance are equally important.
Three weld studs enable a tool-free push-in installation, reducing labor time during large-scale installs where dozens of ceiling speakers need to be finished quickly and cleanly. The equally spaced 1/8" diameter perforation pattern is engineered to preserve acoustic transparency, allowing the ceiling speaker beneath to perform without mechanical interference from the grille surface.
A smooth white epoxy finish blends with standard ceiling tiles and drywall surfaces, while UL1480 listing under file UEAY.S1824 makes the FA51-8 an appropriate choice for general signaling and life safety speaker systems where listed components are required by code.
