The AtlasIED FMA44-25SA is a 44RU stand-alone rack engineered with direct contractor input, making it a practical choice for AV integrators, systems contractors, and installation teams handling complex signal routing and equipment builds. The increased cabinet width supports real-world wire management demands, while hat sections with rail slots and retainer holes provide the structural backbone needed for high-density installations.
Two pairs of 12-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails — plated, drilled, and tapped 10-32 with rack unit hash marks — ensure accurate equipment positioning across the full 44RU of usable space. Pre-drilled holes with factory-installed threaded inserts allow optional front doors to be added after equipment is fully loaded, a practical advantage on staged deployments. Removable 2U panels at the top and bottom rear include 3/8" knockouts sized for BNC connectors, making this rack well-suited for diversity wireless antenna runs.
The 10RU open top section accepts AtlasIED fan panels or 5000 Series top panels for thermal management in enclosed environments. A scratch-resistant textured black epoxy finish and UL2416 listing round out a rack that performs equally well in permanent installs, touring production, and facilities integration where cable organization and long-term serviceability are priorities.
