The AtlasIED FS12T-66 is built for system designers and integrators who need reliable, long-throw, full-range coverage in outdoor or semi-exposed permanent installations — stadiums, arenas, transit hubs, and large-venue perimeter systems. Its concentric 12" LF driver and 1" exit HF compression driver deliver controlled 60° horizontal by 60° vertical dispersion with a constant directivity waveguide, making it a strong choice where even audience coverage and vocal clarity at distance are non-negotiable.
The molded LLDPE enclosure resists UV degradation and environmental exposure at IP45, while the built-in 400W 70.7V transformer with full-tap flexibility — including a 4Ω bypass — integrates directly into distributed 70V system architectures without external transformer hardware. The transformer is recessed under a rear cover for weather protection, and the terminal block is similarly sheltered, protecting connections from the elements over long service cycles.
Where the FS12T-66 stands apart from comparable horn-loaded installs is its field-serviceable transducer design: both drivers can be accessed and replaced without removing the enclosure from its mount, dramatically reducing labor cost during maintenance cycles.
